Black Belt Jones 2: The Tattoo Connection

This was an unexpected combo of blaxploitation/Asian?ploitation and kung fu movie, mixed in with some gang/nightclub vibes. Cool fight scenes. Characters, except for Tung Hao, could have used more depth. Fav scene: Fat Dog putting up a good fight.

The story, pacing, editing, acting, voice acting, music are all terrible. Bolo Yeung & Tao-liang Tan are the best parts of this film though they along with everyone else feel underused. Jim Kelly is passable as I feel he just plays himself and can't really act. There's way too much dialogue and not nearly enough action. This was very disappointing even to my low expectations.

Jim Kelly is cool as hell, while the dubbing and vague attempt at a plot creates quite a few hilarious scenarios.
