Bitter Springs

British Ealing Studios starting to produce pictures down under with a race conflict between the Aborigines and the more colonial sort, as the white family moves in near a waterhole where the tribe hangs out. Naturally the British film makers takes the side of their own, but the true Australian natives does score some deserving points during the conflict. While there are a lot of questionable aspect to the script, I did find that the film growing on me.
