TIFF 2024: The magical realism aspect of the movie never seemed to really pay off or justify itself, but otherwise boasts a lot of the same raw strengths as Arnold's other films. Keoghan's character was wacky, sort of entertaining, but ultimately artificial. Absolutely here for Burial getting into film scores, every time I heard his signature crackle my heart opened up a bit.
