When psychotic criminal Sully, is release from prison he vows revenge on his captor, Police Detective Reynolds, whom he blames for the death of his wife and unborn child. In a twisted plan of revenge - "and eye for an eye" - Sully stalks the police chief's high school daughter Toni. He's able to con his way into Toni's life by playing off her insecurities.
