The movie is ok til the end. The ending is pointless and stupid

One of the worst endings ever!

very bad ending! hard story to believe!

Intense thriller that entertains for its entire runtime but could have used an extra minute for a concluding ending.

Corporate America moves all the jobs to China, therefore it's the ultimate maniacal villain (embodied in Michael Douglas) against the ordinary US working class citizen (who've lost his girlfirend because he cannot afford university in another town). Yep, that's pretty much it.

It's stupid, it makes you question its internal logic, its ending makes very little sense, but it's hard to hate simply because it's filled with so very much of nothing. Irvine has a good physical performance, Douglas is hilarious and over-the-top as the villain, but it never adds up to the thrilling experience that it should have.
