Between Fighting Men

Man, those cattle ranchers don't like sheep herders coming into their country, do they?! Well, two of the boys get kind soft when they see one of the sheep people is a pretty girl.... and that sets off this story. It's got a couple of good laughs, but I'm not so sure about the rest of the story. Just seems a bit too much for this to end in murder. Regardless it turns into the simplest of western plots toward the end, but it's far from the worst western of the era.

Passable western is broadly and simplistically played; with no risks taken, there's not much of a reward either, but as a "bottom of a double bill" feature, it's hard to complain too much - moves fairly briskly and painlessly, with reasonable performances from its cast.
