Bashful Buddies

The first of several obscure shorts Pat Rooney Jr. did with Tim Herbert. Herbert (aka Herman) helps his pal deliver an engagement ring to his pal's girlfriend, but ends up accidentally engaged to her himself. The thing is that he's already engaged to the girl living in the apartment above them. So he has an engagement dinner with both families. Herbert even shows-off his tap dancing skills. However, it seems they only had half an idea what they were doing here, so the rest is just goofing off.
