B-revolution in China. Works alright for a film that wasn't really finished when released. They eliminated the American portion of the story and skipped strait to the Orient where American's gather at a consulate when local trouble erupts. Alice Faye & Warner Baxter brings enough personality for this to be engaging. Sure no masterpiece, but doable for a lesser picture from 20th Century Fox.
