Barbie in the 12 Dancing Princesses

Some amazing bits of silly animation.

Absolutely hideous, ugh. I mean, the music they use is gorgeous, obviously, but that's it lol. At least Derek is a cutie.

Main theme is a tune.

Such a fun, cushy 83 minutes. It really breezes by, largely because the story is actually quite well written and moves along quick. Each of the twelve princesses have their own little quirks and things, which is super appreciated, and while Genevieve is clearly the star of the show the others still get things to do. Rowena is a truly hateable villain, and so is her monkey. There's an actual fight scene in this, too, involving actual weapons. Yup. This is a delightful film.
