Bankaku Rokku

It's all out war between two rival girl gangs in Tokyo. It's a pretty standard Girl Boss flick, with plenty of catfights, boobs, funky outfits and rockin' music courtesy of greaseball Japanese rockabilly band Carol. It's not bad at all, but it doesn't really compare to the similar films featuring more recognizable stars like Reiko Ike or Miki Sugimoto. That being said, the main actress here does a solid job, pulling off a combination of beauty, ferocity and hopelessness with bloody aplomb.
