For a Greek film, "Bank Bang" is surprisingly well-directed, convincing and competently made on most fronts. It's quite funny, the cast is very good (with then-76-year-old Greek cinema veteran comedian Kostas Voutsas stealing the show) and the action can be pretty fast-paced and suspenseful. Overall it holds its own against some more expensive Hollywood blockbusters.
