Financier Damodaran (Thilakan) who had ruthlessly chicaned his younger brother Vishwambaran (Narendra Prasad) to build his own empire, gets a rude shock when his eldest son Uthaman (Vijayaraghavan), along with Uthaman's father-in-law Vasu (Oduvil Unnikrishnan), cheats him out of all his wealth, leaving him broke.
