Bag Filmens Kulisser

One of only a handful films directed by the famous silent actor Olaf Fønss. Kind of a stern actor, so it's a little odd he'd be doing such a light comedy such as Bag Filmens Kulisser [Behind the Scenes] (1923), where a father gets a role in the same movie as his daughter and her fiancé, in a silly romcom with very mild conflict. It's mostly the father that takes the spotlight with his wonderful over-acting. But even if here are a few laughs here, it's a very throw-away picture.
