the songs she made will be always unique and forever .. nice movie .. but i guess it was just 10% of her Life till Death what shown in this film .. but good acting good performances good directing .. all about it was a good biopic

Didn't knew her story

Marisa Abela gives a great performance in this film. Her performance certainly carries this movie. This is not much different than a lot of biopics but it is still interesting. Overall I would recommend this film.

Shoddy drama school with too much arts council funding burning holes in pockets TV movie botch job of a biopic. It's occasionally elevated by the Amy Winehouse's incredible music, and Marisa Abela did a very thorough job of learning to sing like her, but it's atrociously written, has no dramatic heft, full of cliches, terrible paced and edited, and then at the point where you should be hit by the gut punch of an ending, it's a title card basically going "whoopsy". Fucking travesty.

It has its moments but the script is extraordinarily mediocre, and the film itself is so shoddily edited and paced.

Biopic focusing on Amy and Blake’s relationship -good central performances but not as impactful as Amy (2015).
