Back-Room Boy

Not the funniest of British comedies, but I enjoyed it thoroughly anyway. Something about the likable/familiar cast, spooky lighthouse atmosphere and trying to cover-up for anything lacking by over-filling the screen with pretty ladies. My favorite bit was when Arthur Askey first arrived on the island and weird things started happening. Had good chemistry with the little girl as well. The plot kind of wanders after that, but you can't go wrong with Moore Marriott & Graham Moffatt showing up.
