From a acting and presentation point-of-view I'd say it's fairly accessible for other cultures, but it drowns in song. Some okay, with a lot sounding the same to a untrained ear of Hindi films. Has some nice dreaming visuals, on-point slapstick and strong characters. So as long as you can stand the song elements, this might be a good look into classic Indian cinema.
