Admirable Acting!

You can tell they went for this Rosetta-like handheld shot social-realist drama, albeit with no identifiable conflict to push the story forward or make for a compelling film. Other than just witnessing Ayka face challenging times, there's not much to it, really.

El kamerası çekimleriyle izlediğimiz film, Samal Esljamova'nın harika oyunculuğuyla dikkatleri üzerine çekiyor. Ağır 1 tempo olmasına rağmen, ilginç görüntüler karşımıza çıkıyor. Bir o kadar bilinen ama sıradışı. Filmin sonunda, anne çocuğuna kavuşuyor. Burası soğuk soğuk odalar.

Does drag a bit towards the middle, and not much of a story to talk about, but the handheld camerawork and location photography create a strong sense of realism.
