Arsenal tells the intertwining stories of the Lindel brothers, Mikey and JP, who had only each other to rely on growing up. As adults, JP found success as the owner of a construction company, while Mikey became a small-time mobster, mired in a life of petty crime. When Mikey is kidnapped and held for a ransom by ruthless crime boss Eddie King, JP turns to the brothers' old pal Sal, a detective, for help. (imdb)

Wikipedia promised me an Eddie King movie, not two boring brothers, John Cusack wearing a headband and maybe 20 minutes of Eddie King. Great head explosion tho'.

Absolutely amazing when Nic Cage is on. Sadly that isn't too often. Grenier is trying way too hard.

Now I miss arcades. I'm talking the big ones that turn kids into tiny gambling addicts. Thanks, movie. Speaking of the movie, I kinda wish I could just keep talking about arcades. There is tone flopping all over the place here - though I think for the most part it's filmed in a consistent way and is at least trying to get its atmosphere over. The characters might be good enough for most audiences but the narrative is mostly a failure. Nic Cage is Nic Cage, and this flick is what it is: not good.

Just a below-average action-thriller. This time it isn't Cage's fault. The review here : http://opinion-as-a-moviefreak.blogspot.be/2017/01/arsenal-2016.html

Arsenal is the biggest VOD release of the first week of 2017, and we can only hope that it does not serve as an indication of the quality of the films to come. This is a movie that thrives on cliche, has almost no original thoughts in its head, and doesn't for a moment want to do anything more than exist. It's bad, lazy filmmaking, and the only reason to even consider watching it is for the five or so scenes in which Nicolas Cage shows up and does whatever it is that Nicolas Cage does.
