A paired down, tightened-up version of the OVA if the same name. Much like the Gundam films, this streamlines the story without sacrificing too much and the whole doesn't feel all that choppy either. In fact, if you didn't know that this was based on a much longer work nothing about this film would feel odd or out of place. I love this world and its characters so I'll watch it all.
