Petty thief Charls (Dileep), with pal Shobharaj (Jagathi Sreekumar) backing him up, agrees to woo millionaire Paulose's (Cochin Hanifa) daughter Anna & make her drop her plans of becoming a nun, to raise money for his mentally wrecked sister's surgery. By mistake, Charls woos the wrong girl (Suvalakshmi) & gets her out of the seminary. Once outside, Charls initially tries to give Anna the slip, but when he learns that her step-brother Bijoy (Shiju) & his cronies wanted her dead, sticks with her. (Summary by iceblox)
