Another Time, Another Place

*Very* strange drama doesn't really hit the mark, but has so many odd things going on that it remains compelling nonetheless; tale of a woman who loses her married lover, only to seek solace from his wife and child, is a bizarre (and incredulous) set-up, but Johns is terrific as the wife, and Turner's cold, frigid personality in the lead is just about perfect for such an odd character. Notable for its 'introduction' of co-star Connery as the husband - no doubt a chap who will be going places!
