An Irish Goodbye

A simple, quiet tale of rekindling brotherly love.

Well you can cram an awful lot of comedy into 30 minutes! It's a shame this 30 minute film had no more than a mild chuckle or two in its entire running time, derived more on reverting to tired Irish stereotypes rather than on sharp Irish humour. This is as far from the Banshees of Inisherin as Cork is to Dublin. Farting and calling each other 'feckin idiots' may some peoples idea of Oscar material, but it is not mine.

Entertaining, sympathetic, well built.
