A Mystery writer is not thrilled when she's assigned to write a children's book, "An Easter Bunny Puppy." Out of ideas, she asks her daughter for help. Meanwhile, her dog, RUSS, the narrator of the story, digs up a priceless Faberge egg buried in the woods and takes it home with him, unaware that he's trailing a thief who stole the egg.

Another "Mary Crawford" fake family/kids movie scam from David DeCoteau revolving around another "talking" animal. This one uses a lazy "Easter" gimmick and a dog, that only the audience can hear because; telepathy, to pad out the poor excuse of a teen romance/stolen Fabergé egg "plot". Full of the patented terrible acting, cheap production, and borderline criminally lazy story makes this another trash film only for badmovie masochists, or gullible parents renting a DVD from their local library
