American Conjuring

Several interchangeable characters interact with an orb of light and sometimes see shadowy figures and listen to and/or watch other recordings they made, like Shakespeare's play-within-a-play motif, but if it was written by an apathetic 14 year-old who sniffed paint for the first time and made a movie, which is the only way I can account for the visual lobotomy which is this movie. If you are looking for an alternative to burning your eyes out, this movie is for you. but may not even then.
