Good natured Will Rogers has somehow bewildered himself into becoming an ambassador in a land of smiles and revolution during the royal confusion in Europe. He's well out of place, but bonds with the country's king - a 8 year old, using baseball and cowboy gimmicks. Wish they'd made Seyffertitz even more evil as his entrance was a instant mood changer! This is a ridiculous plot, but Rogers and his simple understanding of the world is great! So Rogers folksy Americana works in Europe too!
