From the rescue of historical characters and testimonies from representatives of the most diverse segments, the documentary discusses how the Amazon rainforest and the whole environmental issue have been treated in Brazil since the beginning of the 20th century. This confluence leads us to the concept of "Florestania", the genetic code of our social identity.
