This is a film with an emphasis on enforced social isolation. I felt I could relate to the main character, Jina - someone hesitant to be around others. It is a bit sobering, though it isn't entirely focussed on grief. She is a distant person with metaphorical walls put around her but she's not a bad person. There is definitely a poignancy to this film - it's a little subtle but it's there. I thought overall this was a well made film, with a slight sense of mystery.

Interesting portrayal of a character who is choosing to live an isolated life, without shutting herself away and being surrounded by millions of people.

Jina is a young woman disconnected from everything. She experiences the world through a screen or through a phone where she is just another faceless entity for the customers. She cannot even connect with her father, but still secretly observes him through a screen. A melancholy, subdued story of being alone, it's beautifully shot and acted. The mood is calming, if not a bit cold at times, but it's never without a flicker of hope and life.

I love a Bressonian character study, so I was ready to love this, but somehow -- my mental health is kind of fucked up right now -- I couldn't quite connect with the eerie, strange isolation atmosphere -- protagonist's mom died, she channels all her energy into work and routine. This is nonetheless resonating in its little moments of controled despair, restained melancholy and the unbearable need to connect with people -- even if you deny it as hard as it can. What a powerful leading performance
