The prologue proclaims It Has No Intent in Persuading Anyone, which along with the title (To Arms! We Are All Fascists!) shouts that you're in for some fiery-hot sardonic irony lit by righteous indignation. I was beside myself with actual footage of pre-WWII war crimes and filmed death (quite rare), and the justifiably subjective tone approaches comic; fascists as baffoonery with consequences. Seeing Ukraine's (2022) terrifying situation, then seeing this, is as prescient as it is humbling.
