Disney has our usual Felix knockoff open with an Out of the Inkwell knockoff, then retread yet another repetitious chase scene, this time with buck-toothed Chinese stereotypes. Perhaps it's for the best the live-action Rascals knockoffs aren't around to act out their take on this theme.
