Akasha Kottayile Sulthan

Kesavan Kutty (Sreenivasan), a contractor who was in charge of building 3 houses in Ernakulam for Georgekutty (Murali), an expat in the US, is forced to rent them out without Georgekutty's knowledge, to raise some cash to repay a debt, & chaos ensue after the tenants from different cultural backgrounds clash with each other. Then Georgekutty unexpectedly plans a visit & Kesavan Kutty is forced to try & get the tenants to leave on short notice. (Summary by iceblox)
