"After Office Hours" story makes it forgettable, but Clark Gable brings everything you would expect from him as the lead, making for a watchable but forgettable film.

A light murder story starring Clark Gable & Constance Bennett. Nothing thrilling. Gable is a newspaper guy and through Bennett shakes things around up in the rich classes and centers himself in the middle of a scoop for his paper. Good for a few laughs with energetic performances from it's leads and added support from Billie Burke & Stuart Erwin helping make it a fun forgettable programmer from MGM.
