I mean, they tried with some plot elements, but there are s many flaws. The characters' lack of savvyness (I mean, come on, if the whole world is weird you're either dead, it's the apocalypse, or you are in a coma, everybody knows that) was exasperating. The creepiest part was definitively the guy at the start not taking the cue how the girl was not interested

I'm sad that I had to rank this so low. The story was decent enough, the special effects were well-done, but the actors in the main roles had no chemistry whatsoever. I didn't believe they even liked each other, let alone were falling in love. If they'd cut out the romance subplot or had actors with better chemistry, this would have been a much better film.

If I had looked it up on here before watching I would have seen the the other reviewer's comments and scores and probably passed on it. It was actually OK. Some different ideas and everything else (acting, story, FXs, etc.) were good enough to keep me entertained on a Sunday while drinking beer.

They say don't judge a book by it's cover...that works both ways. I thought this sounded cool and was hooked by the premise. I was wrong.

Mildly interesting script and low budget, didn't really do it for me. The lead acting switched between kind of okay and horrible, and the story is so old it already has a beard. I basically knew what was happening about 15 minutes into the movie. Some of the special effects were quite alright tho.

Middling talent on every level. There are no surprises to this ho hum familiar story, and the actors seem as if they were pulled out of the directors friends and family. It is shot fairly well and the special effects aren't completely ludicrous, so not as low as it could have been.

low budget but beautiful concept, well executed

Didn't last after the first 45 min. Both the leads have faces you want to punch. Fast forwarded it to the last half hour and it looks like it may have got better but it was too late.

Bad script + low budget is a bad combination. I mentally checked out of this one about 30 mins in, was more or less background noise while I surfed the web after that. Feel like I still wasted too much time on it
