Should’ve just done a Jackass movie. The cast today all look like broken monsters save for Steve-O anyways. Just dig up and tape together Dunn and have a go at it.

I thought Johnny Knoxville looked younger in old man make-up than his regular face. Time has not been good to Johnny. Also, this movie is pure trash.

I enjoy Johnny Knoxville so I still found charm in this mediocre attempt. I really don't have much to say of this lukewarm affair. It's got a story with a nice touch of heart, framed nicely as a flashback being told by a grandfather to his homebound granddaughter, and it features the kind of outrageous stunts you would expect a man of Knoxvilles age and history of horrific bodily damage to perform. he's done much grander stuff for film what's here is tame by comparison yet clearly painful enough

An incredibly lame film, as bland as it comes with the only high points being varied stunts that were already exposed in the trailers. Only one joke felt inspired to me with the rest being a paint-by-numbers "save the park" plot that isn't interested in even telling its inspired true story to make anything of it. The Jackass guys need something more to keep relevant in 2018.

it's stupid and knows it's stupid and the plot is so thin that if you view it from the side it disappears but Chris Pontius is one of God's gift to this wretched world and so that is that.

This film is a weird mix of stunts and story. The movie tries to be like the Jackass films and tell a story at the same time. Unfortunately most of the good stunts are shown in the trailer. Also the story is not very interesting at times. Overall this movie is disappointing.

I enjoyed Bad Grandpa, and Action Point looked to be more of the same Knoxville-brand stunt-humour blended with a family dynamic narrative. It is, but the film just isn't good. The stunts aren't bad, just not that prevalent and at times lacklustre; meaning the film fails to deliver on its biggest draw. Cox does a decent American accent, but her performance is prone to over-acting, especially in contrast to her co-stars. Forgettable and not nearly as entertaining as it should have been.

There's something to be said about how these jackass people are taking vaudeville to its natural end point. It's like buster Keaton but instead of a house falling on him they get hit in the balls

Does it approach the genius of the Jackass films? Not even close. I had fun though.

It really just makes me want a Jackass movie and makes me miss the days of just doing stupid shit to make your friends laugh (and punching them in the nuts).

Had to walk out @ 60% of the movie, the story was going no where. And usually with Johnn Knoxville, there is no story just stunts. But the stunts were lacking as well, it was just a boring and dull movie. Made with zero energy and creativity.
