Dolphy mocking '80 'nam movies like Missing in Action (1984), hence the title Action Is Not Missing (1987). Pure filipino nonsense which tests one's comic patience while also getting those facepalming laughs. I think the caterpillar crawling up his nose was my favorite bit, but there's plenty of that low brow stuff that'll entertain anyone who's not a comic snob. Quite violent too.
