Durgaprasad (Mammootty) & his wife Sheetal (Mansi Sharma), migrants from the state of Jharkhand & living in Kochi, try to make ends meet in the big city. When Sheetal goes into labor & the govt. hospital doctors go on a strike, Durgaprasad is forced to take her to a private hospital where they demand a hefty sum for a C-section. Forced to accept money from a terrorist for the C-section, Durgaprasad tries to make amends by foiling their plot to conduct blasts in several parts of the city. (Summary by iceblox)
