Man, I love Adkins—in all senses—but I think this movie is simply a solid one. I loved his ass while giving some nice flying kicks and some good flashbacks did not hurt anyone.

Accident Man is wonky, though in being wonky achieves a flavor unlike its DTV contemporaries and delivers all the action you want from its cast. I'd rate it higher but....I REALLY hated that flashback.

If you can get past the premise then there is some good action with this one. Some of the fights were enjoyable. Other details are very shady to say the least. Violent but somewhat entertaining and the acting was not entirely awful. Decent production quality and music. Worth watching.

Over the top, tongue in cheek, well choreographed action.

Lots of choreographed fighting and action built around a tongue in cheek script.

A fun tongue in cheek B-actioner that entertained while still left me wanting more. Similar to Smokin' Aces & Shoot 'Em Up but with better action and less artistic visuals, style and flare.

Kind of a DTV John Wick with a true comic book fantasy vibe -- Rushmore-esque flashback is weirdly cool, despite not taking the plot anywhere really interesting -- and all you could expect from Adkins plus a bunch of (mostly flawed) attempts of self-conscious post Ritchie/Vaughn british humor. Not always solid, but both grit and colorful ride of underworld violence, with lots of great fighting coreography and the spatially generous editing you want from a Johnson flick.

For a Scott Adkins movie, it's actually doing well. It's high tier B movie. Some Guy Ritchie flavour at times without being too blatant trying to copy it. The plot is alright but the world it builds and the characters are fun, even if a bit clichés. Some of the kills are inventive and the decision to have dark humour made it better than overly serious revenge movies. The fights can get repetitive however. Dude takes so many kicks to the face without flinching.

There are just enough goofy fun moments to make it barely worth a watch, like Adkins kicking a grenade out of mid-air or Adkins using a band-aid brand called "Adkins." I enjoyed it a bit less than Jesse V. Johnson's The Debt Collector released the same year, about the same as his Triple Threat released the following year, and much less than his Avengement (his best movie) also released the following year; this guy shoots a lot. I'll still watch the sequel
