Like other Asylum films the story is nonsensical, the acting is so bad it makes the already hard to follow script impossible to grasp, the special effects are cheap, nasty and they constantly reuse the same footage. None of the characters are likable or even memorable and the twist at the end? Like a dagger in the back.
