A Woman's Case

Like another Israeli, David Perlov, who had just shot "The Pill", Jacques Katmor is also heavily influenced by the French New Wave, and the more experimental side of world New Wave cinema in general. Much of this is a montage, and at the center is Hillit (Katmor's wife at the time), an almost purely erotic muse, his Bardot; perhaps most especially this reminds one of William Klein's masterpiece Polly Maggoo - to which it pales in comparison.
