A Haunting in Salem

Another absolutely boring film. Taking into account that the subject matter of Salem theoretically has much to offer, I don't see how they realized any of those possibilities. I didn't care about any of the characters (the son is simply annoying) and - I'm sorry - but the dad is ugly as hell and in addition to that also very weird. It's pretty much just an assembly of pseudo shocking effects with little insight on the backstory.

Utterly boring, completely devoid of anything interesting, no plot, no good characters, no good scares, no ideas, no atmosphere, nothing.

Faith...in the horror genre...decreasing! Must. Go watch. Funny Games! * collapses*
