The lead is some guy named Hugh Fay. One of the first films he did, and since this was his first year in the movie industry he's basically one of the guys they tried out in the lead to replace Chaplin. He overacts quite a bit for a tall skinny guy, but he's not the worst comic around at that era. The short is what you'd expect from a Keystone comedy. Starts out in a diner and ends out on the open road with a car chase! Hardly a film that'll impress many today.
