Young Brit-bitches at a showbiz boarding house pretending to be eccentric stars and land a rich husband. Most obvious comparison is the great Hollywood movie Stage Door (1937), but this is filled with a lot more wonderful nonsense! Straight comedy madness as three girls fight for the same man. Most devious being Renee Houston & Lilli Palmer with Margaret Lockwood being slightly less manipulating. Catfights! Girls in as little as possible! Naughty & playful, and being very shameless about it.
