A Dangerous Man

Standard Seagal action movie fair. The plot is silly, none of the cast is impressive (though the dialog doesn't allow for much, no matter who's acting) and the action scenes are merely OK. The action standard has been raised quite a bit from the 80's and 90's when Seagal was action-king. Sadly he hasn't kept with the times.

The first half is entertaining, while the second is just a mind numbing melee of violence.

Okay, now we are getting somewhere. I was surprisingly entertained by this movie. Yes, the acting was pretty bad and Seagal used some painfully obvious stunt/body double but for a schlocky DTV action film, this was fun.

A Dangerous Man is basically the proto-Born to Raise Hell -- it's about two evil factions fighting, with Seagal just being this random force of nature that happens to be passing by, making besties with a middle-aged Russian crime lord along the way. Both titles are also variations of 'I Am Really Cool.' It's slightly more competent than BTRH, but more humorless, and horribly edited with a hilariously tacked-on ending. If nothing else, Mah's a genuine bombshell. 17th film of 2018.

Non-stop action makes this one of the better late Steven Seagal movies. The first 25 minutes are even solid and Seagal actually feels a little dangerous.

A fun action flick with some great boobs!

The film was full of great action; it had a good plot; it had good actors; and his wife in the flash-backs was incredibly gorgeous!

Actually quite better than I expected. Typical Seagal fare, but wihout that nature-crap. It went up some notches for the gore and violence and has some nude tittie scenes.

A dangerously bad movie. Makes no sense and the action is a bore. The fight scenes consist of Steven throwing small guys around into objects because he'd rather play with them than kill them. It's dumb and mindless, poorly constructed, badly acted and something that should be avoided.

Seagal shows us once again why he is one of the top 5 best action stars of all time.
