29 to Life

There is a fine line between a character that is cute and quirky versus just odd and stupid. This one never quite crosses that line and remained unconvincing and often quite tedious. The humor was not special with nothing particularly funny. The predictable plot was tired and incomplete. The dialog is sometimes atrocious. Overall, this felt like nearly a complete waste of time with only a moment or two of creative humor.
