100% Wolf

i liked the lion kingy shit, knew and liked big part of ending, liked the wolf/poodle stuff and aussie voices

The third act chaos was somewhat enjoyable until the movie reminded me that the ice cream truck man storyline was a thing. There’s seven billion plots and half of the cast is introduced AFTER mid mark! If nearly every B-plot was trimmed and that atrocious discount jukebox music was replaced by the actual billboard songs the track tried to imitate, or (!), the songs were actually competent original scores, this movie could have had a shot at being actually good.

If urination & penis jokes work for you (or your kids) 100% Wolf might entertain; otherwise the film is an asinine adventure with a lazy twist & a few cute moments. Besides Darby (who I'm sure someone thought was clever casting), the voice acting dips between unremarkable & annoying. Pop songs & loud noises galore, there are better animated films with dogs and/or werewolves, rendering this film a bit pointless. Also a bit of a mixed message between accept yourself and get others to accept you.

Another animated dog movie. This one with a slight wolf flavor, but still the same kind of deal. Cute and fun at times. Nothing original or extraordinary about it, but it serves as a decent diversion for the younger audience, and me.
