The kind of cheap-looking vigilante glorification mush slathered in every-wrong-opinion-from-the-80s sauce that cancels out any enjoyment the sleaze might provide.

Don’t worry everyone according to IMDb trivia Bronson has plastic surgery to look younger for this role. I’m too terrified to look up what exactly he had done.

The loony serial killer here seems like he could be an influence on Patrick Batemen (Christian Bale in American Psycho). Good little movie.

Love this. Plot doesn't waste time. Davis even gets captured early. The film acknowledges the wrongness of Bronson's actions which lead to his termination. Younger sidekick is competent. Lots of breasts but I guess Davis is running around nude too. Bronson is relatively subtle. Nice morally questionable ending though Davis really talked himself into getting shot. Fav scene: did I mention Davis is running around naked slashing nurses in a dorm? Not sure why he stopped when the end was inevitable.

Sleazy as all hell, but damn if I love me some Bronson, particularly Cannon Pictures Bronson. Death Wish 3 still reigns supreme, however for sheer insanity.

Old man Kersey is at it again, only this time his name is Kessler and he gets to legally shoot the bad guys, I guess it's just less fun when it's legal. I think the awesomeness of the ending just proves my point.

It's too bad that so much of the acting (except Eilbacher), direction and editing is so awful because this script is a lot smarter than its schlocky 80's peers. The killer may be one of those cartoonish psychos, but at least he's clever about not getting caught & ducking Bronson when he needs to. It's got other moments that surprise as well (the diary misdirection, the visually impressive mirror cracking shot, & a moral argument about how far cops can go that most liberals would never stomach).

This Cannon Films Bronson vehicle is one of the wackiest. A subdued Bronson (surprise) is in hot pursuit of a naked serial killer, and the path is littered with copious boobs. This isn't to say the film isn't entertaining, as the gore and mayhem was enough to keep me interested.

They just don't make 'em this lurid and sleazy anymore. I mean, maybe straight to DVD. But man, a movie this gross and grungy and gratuitous would get absolutely ripped if it hit theaters today; I can hardly fathom the volume of offended thinkpieces at its misogynistic violence and nudity. On the plot level it's your pretty typical loose canon cop-chases-serial killer deal. But it's hard not to kind of groove out to the casual offensiveness of the trash cinema of yesteryear.

Chaotic good Bronson whom I always disliked for no reason at all, except that he gives out the vibes of right-wing douchebag, vs. butt-naked maniac in this sleazy Cannon thriller. There are hundreds of better films similar to this one, and if not for the bad guy whose nude-killer approach is both funny and original, I would be at the loss of finding anything good about it.

Charles Bronson is good in the lead role in the film. The script is average and does not add much new to the genre. The villain could have been better written. Overall this film is disappointing.

I don't really like Charles Bronson too much but this film is one of his better efforts. There are a ton of pieces of dialogue that are just golden.

Viewed January 2, 2022. Charles Bronson's movies tend to wallow in the darkest recesses of human behavior, but they're at their best when they cut all of the violence with some humor. Case in point, there's no line of dialogue in movies better than, "His knife is his penis."

This was surprisingly good considering the poor ratings. It's brutal and mixes police procedural and slasher and it even has a bit of a Giallo feel to it. The ending was great!

A strange one but watchable. Bronson delivers but not as much action as you might expect.

Charles Bronson brings respectability to this genre film. The serial killer is a loon.
